Ex Libris Documentation and Help

Help - Use the Help button in the upper right corner of the Alma dashboard to:

  1. Browse Online Help
  2. Get Context-sensitive help for the Current page
  3. Watch What's New videos - for the last few monthly releases

 

Ex Libris Knowledge Center

The Ex LIbris Knowledge Center (http://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma) provides:

Product Documentation - same as what's available via Help, but in a Manual format

Training - Training videos - Essentials,  Advanced, Ask the Expert, What's New

Release Notes - for each monthly release

Knowledge Base of Articles

 

UW Libraries Shared System Resources

UW Libraries Shared Systems Wiki

  1. Knowledge Base (KB) - documentation from UW campuses (share yours here, too), workflows, instructions, policies
  2. Shared Systems Wiki - info on Expertise groups, Interest groups, Steering Committee - Agendas, Minutes, Documents, Projects

Redmine - a ticketing system to report problems.  Terri monitors every ticket and as campus contact submits tickets for our campus.
